Tunisia Marble Stone

The natural stone material of Tunisia is quite rich, not only the mine which is already in the normal operation and the one which just survey to the potential stone resources, they all show that it has very important mineral resources. Here we will share one of eight kinds:

1. Chemtou marble : from yellow to a little bit of red, which is with a light metal color.

2. Keddel: natural light gray with calcific crystals.

3. Aziza marble: it is the marble in Jurassic period, dark grey, natural calcareous, sometimes it is as the dolomite.

4. Boulahneche marble: black, natural calcareous, sometimes it contains calcite.

5. Thala marble: it is the natural calcareous marble in cretaceous period. According to the different color, variety, the most famous are as follow: Thala Royal marble (the color is light brown to golden brown) and Thala Imperial marble (the color is light brown, some will have a white shape)

6. Kesra marble: it is formed in the Eocene period with shallow brown, some are in white form, which is the marble with natural limestone quality.

7. Matmata marble: the shallow coffee like the dolomite marble.

8. Ghomrassene marble: it is in Jurassic period. shallow brown with litter yellow, natural calcareous as the dolomite marble.
