KARASU TRAVERTEN

We are a manufacturer, and exporter company, called Karasu Traverten. We are a member of group company Karasu Metal ltd. which has been established in 1980.

We have our own travertine mine which is builded on 300 hectares.

We produce raw block travertine, block travertine, ST cut, vein cut, cross cut and polished travertine.

Our main specialized branch is travertine veincut and cross cut. We provide services to our customers in every size with quick service and high quality!

Travertine can be cut on either a 'vein' cut, which is against the bedding which reveals the bedding planes,

This cut is also referred to as a 'crosscut' pattern. The vein cut travertine is usually produced as unfilled but honed / polished.
