TSM Granite

The company was founded and registered in 2006. The startup was marked with very little, human, material, and financial resources. Challenges were part of the fuel that propelled us to seek and adopt newer ways of processing and installing granite. Since establishment, we have established our name to be synonymous with quality and excellent service.

We were determined to make a mark in the granite industry. we wanted to be known, trusted and preferred. We then developed the motto Every Project A Masterpiece. That was not just a catch phrase but more like a culture that was to be observed by every member of the team.

For the first 6 months we operated from a residential plot in Ngwane Park, Manzini, Swaziland. The first few jobs we did took a while to turn into masterpieces. Although the initial team had some experience in working with granite, more training was required to guarantee quality and also minimize time taken to complete a project.

We paid attention to detail, wanting to make sure that we had ZERO return jobs. This culture, this spirit of excellence, has been transferred to every new member of the team and we can now proudly say that we have found our footing in the industry.

The team took turns to attend training. After the 6 months we moved to Sidwashini Industrial where the TSM Granite brand was established as the leaders in Swaziland. Since May 2014, we have been operating from Ngwenya Industrial Site, where we have our Head Office, workshop, showroom, and a larger collection of stones.

We have been growing gradually over the years and have developed working relations with South Africa's largest stone suppliers. This has helped us move from a small company to what we are today.

In 2014, we registered a branch in Botswana with offices at Plot 182, unit 3, Gaborone International Commerce Park. We are determined to carry the same level of efficiency in every new branch we establish.
