China Xiamen International Stone Machinery and Stools Fair
Xiamen is bounded by the largest stone processing base, with over 1,200 trading companies and 10,000 stone processing factories in its neighboring area. There are four distribution centers and markets in Xiamen for blocks from all around the world. More than 1,000 kinds of high-quality stones are imported and exported through Xiamen Port each year, almost all kinds of stones in the world being involved. Thanks to the rich stone resource in Fujian Province, Xiamen stone industry develops rapidly. According to the Customs Statistics Data, Xiamen Port has become the world's largest stone trading center, with its transaction volume representing over 60 in China, 15 in the globe.
First Try, First Victory
With the rapid development of stone industry, the radical change of stone processing technology begins to take shape. On March 6-9, 2012, the 1st China Xiamen Stone Machinery & Tools Fair has been successfully held in Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center. In this fair, multi-wire saw for stone processing made in China had its first appearance in Xiamen. Cooperation for granite sand saw and its assorted ancillary materials like steel emery sought for innovation. Manufacturers of large stone forklift loader evidentially increased. The popularization of mining circular sawing machine led the trend of craftwork.
The 1st Xiamen International Stone Machinery & Tools Fair was held in 25,000 m2 exhibition floor with 1,000 standard booths. Together with Xiamen Stone Fair 2012, it attracted 127,486 industry professionals, 23,221 of whom were from 148 overseas countries and regions.
