CD2010 NC Stone Line Machine
CD 2010 Stone line machine are a new kind of production equipment in stone industry, which are elaborately designed and attentively created by our company for many customers, on the basis of the current situation and development trend of the stone finishing industry. They both have the function of combining combination shaping and NC polishing with strong applicability and commonality. It is a stone continuous production line with high efficiency and high quality.
CD2018 stone line machine has eight NC polishing devices with spindles of high efficiency and high load and the eight independent NC systems, the power of which is stronger. When used alone, we can adopt two shaping and six polishing pattern or three shaping and five polishing pattern to process middle and small amount of the stone line, which is simpler and quicker. Its efficiency is higher and quality of products is better. When processing various lines, it will have stronger applicability and higher capacity if CD2010 and CD2018 are combined to use.
CD2010 NC stone line machine has ten NC polishing devices with spindles of high efficiency and high load and the ten independent NC systems, the power of which is stronger. When used alone, we can adopt six shaping and four polishing pattern to process granite or four shaping and six polishing pattern to process marble. It can process shaping and polishing of the natural marble and artificial stone. For processing granite, it is easier and faster. It also has the advantage of higher efficiency and better product quality.
