Chinese Granite Blocks and Slabs Imports Growth - 1st Quarter 2020

Following our previous report on China's marble blocks and slabs imports growth during the 1st quarter of 2020, Stonenews.eu is presenting the country's granite blocks and slabs imports growth in the same period of time, compared with last year's same quarter as well as exactly the previous quarter in 2019.

China's granite blocks and slabs both value and quantity of imports during the first three months of 2020 showed a light but still two-digit increase when compared with the exact same period of 2019, although there was a small decline of -4.77 in unit value. An upward trend was noted also in China's granite blocks and slabs 1st 2020 quarter value and quantity of imports when compared with the last quarter of 2019, leading to a marginal rise in unit value.

India is by far China's greatest supplier of granite blocks and slabs, followed by Brazil. Norway, Angola and South Africa complete the top 5 granite blocks and slabs suppliers list.
