Located at the heart of the travertine region, Denizli - Turkey (click for the map), logistically Ionic's factory is very strategically placed to receive any raw materials from all over the country with the intention to serve any projects whether it'd be domestic or international. Ionic's facilities are equipped with the latest generation of automated technology, thanks to our large investments in this area. This allows the best and fastest solutions to the needs of every individual customer. Ionic's dedication to innovative solutions and production methods, especially in handling systems, have resulted in faster production times. The manufacturing process is subject to exhaustive checks to ensure the highest quality of finished materials. The entire process is planned and undertaken with the aid of ERP systems, therefore the accuracy of leadtime scheduling for our customers is thought to be most advanced in our industry.

Ionic Stone supports new technological innovations and R&D within the production. The quality of Ionic Stone results from advanced technology and inventive engineering, most of which are created in-house at the factory by an R&D workshop, which is charged with the task of new inventions and enhancements on the machinery used in the production. The reputation of the workshop, called Ion Machines, has crossed the boundaries of the factory and today Ion Machines is a supplier of industry-specific production lines to many stone processing companies in Turkey. To increase the level of quality and reduce the associating costs, the production is arranged with efficient systems, some of which are internationally patented by Ionic Stone. today the fastest oven systems process one marble slab at every 2-2? min intervals. However, ION SYSTEM?, (marble epoxy ovens), the most advanced marble ovens, allows processing of one slab/minute without reducing the drying and polymerisation times of slabs, thereby substantially reducing the cost of production and increasing output and productivity.
