There are many instruction articles on how to clean gravestones. Most are overly simplistic and may even cause extreme damage to your gravestone. Our method is PH balanced so staining and deterioration from chemicals is eliminated. Further, cleaning a gravestone takes time and physical stamina. Be patient and follow the directions and you'll be sure to be pleased with your efforts.

Step 1 Set up a work station next to the gravestone, lining up all of your supplies. Be careful not to use bleach or dish soap or other soaps as they are not balanced and can hurt your gravestone. We suggest using Kodak Photo Flo as its non-corrosive, balanced and safe for stones. it's preferred for absorbent stones.

Step 2 Pour the Kodak Photo Flo in a pail. Using the soft Terry Cloth towel you can begin to saturate the grave stone with the solution by squeezing the cloth all over the stone.

Step 3 Deer grazing in lush cemetery.Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Take in the beauty of the cemetery. Most are filled with wildlife that we take for granted. Even cemeteries in the the busiest cities have fox, chipmunks, and even deer.

Step 4 After the first layer of solution has soaked through, add another layer by squeezing more Kodak Photo Flo over the grave stone.

Step 5 Using the soft, natural brush begin to work in a light circle motion, scrubbing the stone starting from the bottom up. Be sure to use a sweeping motion as its safest for the stone.

Step 6 Using the same soft cloth you used before, begin to wipe away the mess remaining on the stone.

Step 7 Use the clean water to rinse the stone clean by pouring it slowly over the top of the gravestone.

Step 8 Use the remaining dry towel to wipe dry the grave stone. Clean up your supplies, replace any decorations you removedthen gaze proudly at your clean gravestone. It is a perfect memorial gift to your loved one.
